This course is solely about you and nobody else!!  You will be learning to heal your self energetically and spiritually.

Getting to know your body, mind and soul, seeing the energy and feeling the energy. 

This is most important-in order to serve others we must serve ourselves first and that can be hard because we do not learn  this in schools.  

You will learn and take onboard lots of knowledge and wisdom, learn a brief introduction to the chakra system,  energy work, breathing and getting in touch with yourself.   We will touch on the power of manifestation such as affirmations which you will receive a book or ebook. 

We will be sitting on chairs so no floor work needed.  Maybe the odd shaking up n down but nothing vigorous. 

The courses run on a weekend at our beautiful shop in Stalybridge. 

Once in the course you will learn also the self-healing positions which you will have to do at home.   

This consists of 21 DAYS of self-healing consecutive,  if you do one, two, three then miss a few you will have to start from one!   Doing this is paramount for your benefit and to see results in the way you think, talk, act and general well-being in your life. 

I will help to empower and attune yourself to your energies. 

You will receive very simple but effective manuals and me on speed dial.  😂 .   

The course is fun, informative and energetic. 

This can also be a forerunner if you wish to learn Reiki 2.

You will have paper back copies and ebook versions also when you attend.
