Contacting us via Social Media

If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be archived within the social media platform it was sent to unless you request its deletion. It will not be shared with any other organisations.



Contacting us by Telephone

.

When you call us any personal data that you give us will be used to track customer interaction.



Contacting us by Email.



Any email sent to us, including any attachments, may be monitored and used by us for reasons of security and to track customer interaction. Email monitoring or blocking software may also be used. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send to us is within the bounds of the law.



Using our Services

We offer various services to the public.

We have to hold the details of the people who have requested these services in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and, if the person has opted in, to send other communication (such as marketing) from us.

When people do subscribe to our mailing list, they can cancel their subscription at any time and are given an easy way of doing this. 



Lawful Basis and Retention Periods.



We process data under the lawful basis of Consent and retain personal data for 7 years after your last interaction with us.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Please be aware that all treatments must be paid upfront (non-refundable payment) when booking in store, payments can me made by cash or card.  If you are booking by telephone you can pay by Paypal (details will be given on booking).
You must contact the store within 48 hours of your appointment if you are cancelling or rearranging your appointment.  If you do not contact us you will lose your booking and a fee of £20 will be charged, this is due to a high volume of bookings we have.

STANDING ORDER CLIENTS.


Standing Order clients pay a (discounted) monthly by bank transfer before treatments, if you do not contact us that you will not be attending your appointment you will lose that appointment.  Please ensure you contact us within 48 hours of your booking) This is due to a high volume of bookings we have and someone else could have had that place.
(We are very understanding people and understand things do happen in life; However it is important you communicate with us so we can help you as much as possible).

E-SHOP.
When buying from our online shop we are not obliged to return anything by law unless broken through transit.

OUDS/ATTARS.
We expertly blend our fragrances with carefully selected ingredients found in the original perfumes, to ensure a long lasting & distinctive fragrance. The notes are carefully balanced to deliver a unique scent experience.

Simply apply to warm areas (pulse points) such as wrists, neck, behind the ears and inside of your elbows. A little goes a long way.
 Our fragrances are:

 ·      Free from any harsh chemicals and are kinder to the skin

·       Longer lasting scents

·       Oil based & alcohol free

·       Suitable for halal / Kosher

·       Vegan & Cruelty free.
