TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please be aware that all treatments must be paid upfront (non-refundable payment) when booking in store, payments can me made by cash or card. If you are booking by telephone you can pay by Paypal (details will be given on booking).
You must contact the store within 24 hours of your appointment if you are cancelling or rearranging your appointment. If you do not contact us you will lose your booking, this is due to a high volume of bookings we have.
STANDING ORDER CLIENTS.
Standing Order clients pay a (discounted) monthly by bank transfer before treatments, if you do not contact us that you will not attending your appointment you will lose that appointment. Please ensure you contact us within 24 hours of your booking) This is due to a high volume of bookings we have and someone else could have had that place.
